A Calling, A Challenge

DeQuincy Meiffren-Lezine was one of the original pioneers bringing his lived experience into the national efforts to save lives. He was the principle author for the National Action Alliance’s “Way Forward: Pathways to Hope, Recovery and Wellness” report and wrote a book about his suicide attempt, “Eight Stories Up: An Adolescent Chooses Hope Over Suicide.”
