"The relationship with yourself sets the tone for every other relationship you have." —Robert Holden

It’s very easy to focus all of our attention on others, to cheer them on when they are struggling, to listen to them share their negative thoughts or their exciting moments… It’s also easy to ignore our own needs, to believe the negative self-talk in our minds, to focus on all the situations that didn’t go the way the way we wanted them to. But what makes us any less important than the people around us? Taking care of ourselves is how we are able to continue to give others the support that we do. Don’t forget to love yourself, to cheer yourself on, to give yourself positive affirmations and to celebrate your wins.
