Wellness Tool #35: Running
Outside of always running late and running my mouth, physically running is an activity that I like to use to help release endorphins and serotonin to improve my mood and reduce anxiety. If you think you’re not good at running just remember that working your way up to running from walking is a great way to ease into the activity and will boost self-confidence in the long run.
