Wellness Tools #28: Service

A call to serve.  As we honor those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country, we can all serve country and or community in our own way. Serving & self-care can go hand in hand. It’s a way to give to others, and in return feed our humanity knowing the gifts we have can be shared with others is service.
