To love ourselves and support each other in the process of becoming real is perhaps the greatest single act of daring greatly. –Brené Brown
There is so much happening in the world right now. So many struggles, challenges, and barriers but ultimately positive change. We are all facing ourselves in the mirror and having to ask what we believe, what we know, and who we are. For some, these moments in the mirror are easy and they see who they are, what could change and without even blinking they move forward. Others may be examining themselves and see the mask that they have always worn which may be painful to acknowledge. This quote is for those opening up, tearing away that mask, and bringing their true selves forward. They deserve all the love they can give themselves. For those of you that are already real, you know the struggle that this process can be so any extra support for the rest will be lifesaving. Don’t forget the time it took you to become real and if you are still wearing a mask… Now is the time to take it off. Become you – the real you – and share that beauty with the world.
