Wellness Tool #37: Swimming

Growing up on the coast means that in the summer, you’re going to the beach. With that Swimming was a skill that you needed to master to hang out with your friends. But being near, in, on, or underwater can provide a long list of benefits for our mind and body by lowering anxiety and stress to increasing our overall happiness, lowering one’s heart and breathing rate.
