Wellness Tool #19: Take a Bath

The rise and fall in temperature tricks the body into thinking you have gone from daytime into night-time thus promoting a stronger sleep urge. Adding Epsom salts and essential oils to a wellness bath can help to clear the mind and detox away the stresses of the day, helping you to wake up feeling refreshed. Not only do they do wonders for you but they can be a lot of fun when paired with a book or a healthy snack.
