Wellness Tool #22: Watching Movies
Funny movies are a great way to help you laugh and relieve the body’s stress levels. As the old saying goes, “Laughing is the best medicine.” Not only that, but watching a movie is a great activity to partake in to unwind after a long day. Because we live such high speed lives, spending a few hours watching a movie with friends and loved ones is a great way to also build relationships and memories with the people that we care for.
Joseph is the Program Supervisor for the Eastern North Carolina Outpatient Clinics located in Greenville, New Bern, and Wilmington.
