Have you ever noticed that witnessing a negative situation can influence your own thoughts and feelings? I have experienced this more and more recently with the empty shelves, the worried conversations and the lack of basic necessities. Everyone around me is on edge and it’s really easy to just flow with the crowd of negativity and fear. We shouldn’t just sit in that though because it’s not who we are. We are strong. We are fighters and we are the ones who carry hope! Next time you hear a frustrated complaint or see someone that just looks stressed out try focusing on the silver lining. Focus on something positive in the situation and it will turn your mindset around and help you become the behavior that brings inner peace to others.
