"Never be afraid to raise your voice for honesty and truth and compassion against injustice and lying and greed. If people all over the world... would do this, it would change the earth." –William Faulkner

Here we do TEAMWORK, we do RESPECT, PATIENCE and LAUGHTER. We do COMMITMENT and COMPASSION. We do HOPE and INSPIRATION. We COMMUNICATE and LISTEN. We do MOTIVATION and DRIVE. We do GREAT THINGS. – Me

Faulkner is so very right. We all have the opportunity to give voice to the silent, truth to the false, compassion and care to the hurting or lost. It goes back to what we talked about a few weeks ago… the mosquito is tiny but fierce. So are we. As individuals we create a little change but as a team we are Difference Makers. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t make a difference or that we can’t because we can and we do every single day… one person at a time, one program at a time, one policy at a time. We strive to support change in all that we do as individuals and an organization.  Our goal should be not only to make a difference in the lives of our Participants and Coworkers but in the world itself. We can be examples to those who don’t understand. Stigma surrounds so much in society today. We can fight the battles and win so in the future people won’t have to hide in shame and fear. Take some time today and think about how many lives would be changed if the world could see that bottom-line… we are all people challenged in different ways.

We are Difference Makers. We are changing tomorrow, today.
