“Only those who dare to fail greatly, can ever achieve greatly.” ―Robert F. Kennedy

Recovery is never easy. This is a fact whether you are recovering from addiction, learning a diagnosis or returning from a magical vacation. We’ve discussed that recovery and resilience go hand in hand, and it’s still true, but another key factor in that is the willingness to fail. And then try again. For those of us in this world that don’t just dream but we dream big… we also fail just as big and those failures are painful and at times it feels debilitating. We live in the pain for a moment but because we are those crazy dreamers, we jump right back into the chaos again and hope for the best. Nothing great happens if people don’t try, if they don’t take the big risks, if they don’t throw all caution to the wind. Feel like you are failing greatly? That’s awesome! It means you will also achieve greatly so grab your resilience, recover from the failure and try try again! Whatever you do, don’t accept failure as fact because success is reality… we just have to keep trying till we find it.
