“Strong today. Stronger tomorrow. Strongest together.” –Anonymous
We all have a habit of needing to know what’s going on in the world. Being informed, up to date and “in the know” is part of the technological, social media, news alert world we now have. I’ve noticed though that a majority of the things I see now on social media and the news are stories of tragedies, atrocities, negativity and division. I have moments that I avoid or am afraid to pick up my phone because I don’t want to see more hurt, hate and separation. “Strong today. Stronger tomorrow. Strongest together” could be the new motto we put on money or just spread throughout the world. It’s so powerfully true. I am strong today and I will be strong tomorrow but my real strength comes when you are by my side. When we stand together, when we spread together, when we love together, when we battle together… these are the moments we overcome. Weakness dissipates, fear hides, and barriers are overcome because we have each other and we hold each other up through the hardest of moments. Together we are more than conquerors and together our strength doesn’t wane.
